5. Keep it clean: Clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy.

6. Check-in/check-out times: 11:00 a.m. check-out time, and 3:00 p.m. check-in time. Please follow the specified times to avoid inconveniencing the host or other guests.

7. Maximum occupancy: Adhere to the maximum number of guests allowed by the host. Anyone exceeding maximum occupancy will receive additional charges.

8. Follow local laws: Obey all local ordinances and regulations.

9. Smart TV usage: Please sign out of all apps before leaving.

10. Communication: Keep the host informed of any issues or concerns during your stay.

11. No oilfield soiled laundry can be washed in our machines. Please use a commercial service for this type of laundry.
