Brand new 2 bedroom suite offering all the amenities you would find at home. This unit features a chefs kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty or prep space. The living room offers a sectional with 65 inch TV. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bathroom. This unit also features access to the back yard and a garage bay. This location is very central and offers close proximity to the hospital, trader ridge shopping center and the prairie mall.
House Rules:
1. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There will be a minimum fine of $1000.00 for anyone caught smoking or vaping inside the property.
2. No parties or events: Respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
3. No pets: Unless explicitly allowed by the host.
4. Respect the property: Treat the space as if it were your own.
5. Keep it clean: Clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy.
6. Check-in/check-out times: 11:00 a.m. check-out time, and 3:00 p.m. check-in time. Please follow the specified times to avoid inconveniencing the host or other guests.
