Perfect weekend stay
A friend and I stayed here to attend a VT football game. The loft is beautiful...maybe bigger than my house? Gorgeous bedding, amazing natural light and clean as a whistle. It was really nice for us each to have our own bedroom and bathroom. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Very convenient to downtown Roanoke restaurants and easy parking. Highly recommend!

We loved the loft for our visit to Roanoke. It was very clean very convenient to what we needed to do in town. I don’t recall if the listing mentioned that it was a three-story walk up. It was not a problem for us, but it could be for others. I hope you make sure that’s in future listings. Additionally, the bathroom off the hallway, had a toilet handle and would stick. Thank you so much.

Lovely place with nice, comfortable furniture, felt like a home, not a place furnished cheaply just for a rental. Car traffic noise can be loud at times. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, museums and stores.

A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The unit was spotless and superbly designed in a way that made it feel like home. The location was a short walk to downtown and the many restaurants, cafes and shops. I would absolutely rent this place again!

Lovely stay in Roanoke
A few quirks like having to climb 3 floors and dealing with a picky outside buzzer, but a very nice property in downtown Roanoke. There isn’t a whole lot downtown but I would stay here again in a second if returning to the area. Jim was great to work with.

Elegant Urban Gem
This third floor/top floor condo welcomed us from the moment we opened the front door. It has an eclectic, relaxed elegance with its furniture, architecture, art work and views. The pictures in the ad showcase it well, but it’s even better than presented. With bedrooms on either end and the living room and kitchen in between, it has great flow for relaxing and being together. We especially loved looking out the windows. There was great light by day and a wonderful view of the famous Roanoke Star on the hill by night! We brought our Freshman VT student there with us for a weekend of rest and it met our needs perfectly. We had the master bedroom, she had the other, and she was very happy just catching up on her sleep and taking a bath, while her Mom did several loads of laundry she brought from the dorm. We enjoyed just hanging out and didn’t explore the city much. But we did find plenty of restaurants within a 10min walk just down the hill. There’s also a nearby amphitheater that had a concert going on Saturday night. Other details: A parking pass for one car to use the building parking lot is provided. The other tenants/guests were quiet. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry suitcases, etc. up and down the stairs. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed. We have already recommended this place to friends. If you are looking for a great spot in the downtown Roanoke area, look no further!

This third floor walk-up is just beautiful! The rooms are spacious and comfy and the location is perfect! A short walk to loads of great restaurants and shops! The people of Roanoke are some of the nicest we've encountered on out girl's trips. Just a fun, lovely trip all around!

Excellent Accommodations Accurately Advertised
Very attractive accommodations with tall ceilings, solid wood floors, and attractively furnished kitchen. Two nice-sized bedrooms with two full baths, sitting area, dining table, and internet connection. This is one of our best VRBO experiences ever! Not a negative but a head’s up: The unit is located on the third floor of the building.. This afforded auditory privacy and a good view. But if you have trouble with stairs, note that the owner’s listing states that there is no elevator. I have some mobility issues…yet had no trouble moving in and out of the unit. The parking was convenient at the rental unit and the places we wanted to visit downtown. A great stay!

Everything went great with the property rental . Everyone really loved the condo. It was clean nicely decorated, Jim was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had . Beautiful Downtown Roanoke
We absolutely loved our stay at the property. It was in the heart of downtown Roanoke. We could walk to all the places in downtown from the condo. The condo was amazing in itself. The cleanliness of the place was perfect, the rooms were a great size, kitchen had everything we needed and the den area was perfect size for us. The view out the window of the Roanoke star lit up at night was amazing. Jim was a great host and was able and willing to accommodate anything we needed. East drive from the condo to Blacksburg Va in 40 minutes made it a no brainer to stay in for the Va Tech game. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Close to everything
This property is in a great location for walking to Market square and a lot of good restaurants and bars in the area. Nice and quiet for being on a main road with tall ceilings and a nice historic feel. Would definitely stay here again.
