Newly renovated family-friendly 3 story cottage offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 basement/playroom.

A large open deck at the back of the house equipped with outdoor cushion seating, outdoor dining table, 1 propane grill, 2 small charcoal grills, and a fire pit with outdoor chairs.

Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils and silverware. A big dining table with 5 chairs and a living room couch that comfortably fits 6 people.

A/C units installed in the living room and master bedroom. 2 additional portable AC units available in the other bedrooms. Heating is also available at each section of the house.

There are TV's equipped with Amazon fire sticks in every room, including the basement and living room for your streaming enjoyment. High speed wifi and a dedicated workstation in the master bedroom with a monitor that connects to your laptop via USB-C cable.

We have a playroom in the basement with a ping pong, foosball, and card table plus additional board games and coloring books for the kids.

Blankets, towels, sheets, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and body wash are provided. A baby high chair is available. Complementary coffee and tea with creamers are included. 2 extra queen size mattresses available upon request.

All spaces are accessible to guests! (Wristbands provided must be worn to use the community’s amenities).

Quiet hours 11PM - 8AM
No smoking allowed
Fireworks not permitted
You must be 21 or older to use the grills and fire pit.
Fire pit must be covered at all times when in use.
