In addition, to our routine cleaning and disinfection procedures (5 star reviewed), cleanings will now include cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces (for example: tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, sinks) with EPA-registered disinfectants.

Tenant to provide sheets and towels. Linens are not provided. Linen service (sheets, comforter w/duvet, full set of towels) cleaned and replaced monthly optional for $90 / month extra.

We may need to show the apartment to find a tenant with 24 hours notice due to Boston regulations that take effect September 1st, short term rentals are no longer allowed. In most cases, the realtor will be in and out within 15-20 minutes. Thanks!
