- Starting 3/17/2025, the HOA will begin the work for the deck repairs / coating. The exterior work will start on the top floor and work down on each tower by scaffolding periodically during this time. Guests may experience construction noise during the day, and some views may be partially obstructed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as the work is completed.
