NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

Please keep in mind the following information regarding the fourth-floor Sand Dunes Resort Villas III building. This condo sleeps up to 6 people and has a balcony with views of the region and the ocean. It also has 2 beds and a sleeping sofa. Located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the resort offers ocean view condos with private bathrooms, an LCD TV, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Heated pools, indoor pools, a restaurant and bar on the beach, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, a lazy river, hot tubs, and free WiFi are among the facilities.

This well-located unit at Big Fish Rentals in the exclusive Dunes neighborhood features a beachfront pool and views of the ocean from its own balcony. Well-known sights including Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Ripley's Aquarium are only a short drive away. Numerous facilities are available at the resort, such as indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river, a large pool deck, an indoor pool with hot tubs overlooking the ocean, a fitness center, a lounge, an on-site restaurant, and free WiFi.

Please be aware that the waterpark and lazy river that are located behind the parking deck are not accessible from this property. Additionally, the Family Funzone and Game Room are closed at this time. For resurfacing, the spas are also closed till further notice.

NOTE: Outdoor Pool Water Feature Fixture Painting - Temporary Pool Closure

-the outdoor pool along with the small kiddie pool will be closed beginning on Monday, April 28th and the large pool will open back up again on Thursday, May 1st, once the pool is open the water features as well as the kiddie pool will remain off until Monday, May 5th to allow for the full 7 day cure time.

New grandmothers visiting

We had to make a last minute reservation due to my daughter delivering my grandson early and I was able to reserve this property at a moments notice. Julie was very helpful with everything we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. The room is clean and comfortable. The decor is so inviting as well. I will definitely use again!

Perfect for our little family

I’m a single mom who wanted a quick getaway with her two young kids before the school year started. This condo was perfect for us! It looked just like the pictures, it was clean and in a great location. We could walk to the beach and the pool. It was an awesome stay and no one wanted to go home.

Good but not great.

The location was awesome. We loved being able to walk straight to the beach from our room. The only thing that would make me hesitant to book this same condo again would be the cleanliness of the room and cleaning requirements us as the guests had to do. Our floors were absolutely filthy. We constantly were using a towel or baby wipes to clean our feet because they would just be black. There was dust all over the floors and stains on a lot of things. We did contact the host about the floor to which they offered for the cleaning crew to come back to mop. We did not feel comfortable having them come in when we weren’t there since we had all our valuables in the room. We were nervous to do anything wrong with the list of cleaning rules we were given. We are a very clean group of people but we were told we had to take out the trash ourselves and we had to walk around to locate where we could even leave the trash. We ran out of clean towels at some point so when we were trying to dry our dishes we didn’t know what to do because we were told that no dishes were to be left behind since the cleaners charge the host extra for that. We just couldn’t feel completely comfortable the whole stay because we didn’t want to get charged for anything extra. The room was cute though!

We started exploring for investment properties in Myrtle Beach and found reasonably priced oceanfront properties with excellent facilities like pools, hot tubs, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. My spouse and I currently own a high-rise condo in Raleigh, NC. We love Myrtle Beach so much since it's close to home and feels tropical thanks to the palm trees around the pool area. Having one little child, our condo is yet another priceless possession. I'm excited to make sure you have the best vacation possible and I hope our property satisfies all of your requirements. I would appreciate any constructive criticism as I work to make your vacation even more delightful. My spouse manages our family business's website and advertising, while I take care of all the home comforts. We spend our time working out, reading, trying out new recipes, creating websites for customers, organizing our next real estate purchase, and playing with our kid. We head straight to Myrtle Beach whenever we can have a few days to ourselves so we can relax and take in the scenery.
