Hyde Park Heritage Haven: a cozy 1920s bungalow in the heart of Austin's Hyde Park. This 2-bed, 2-bath spot is perfect for a laid-back stay, surrounded by great restaurants, cool cafes and top shops—all walkable. It's got a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space with all the modern perks. Perfect spot to explore Austin. Located in Hyde park, our neighborhood offers coffee shops, bars, restaurants, parks and shops. We are just over a mile from the University of Texas and just over two miles from downtown Austin.
Our 2 bed, 2 bath house features wood flooring throughout, large windows, brand-new furnishings and modern appliances. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One bathroom has a tub/shower and the other is a walk-in shower.
Great for work with a dedicated workstation, plus TV in every room to unwind.
There is an outdoor dining table with a grill.
