Welcome to the Sand Bar, our family friendly property that can be the perfect home base for your next Maine vacation.
The Sand Bar is centrally located right off of Rt. 1 and convenient to all of Wells’ beaches.
The house has three bedrooms, two have a queen bed in each. The third bedroom, the bunk room, has a full size bed and two twin beds in a 6 foot lofted area, which the kids will love. The bunk room also has a pull out sofa, its own TV and a half bath, making it a great spot for the kids. The main part of the house is an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with a huge island, stools and a coffee bar. There is also a finished basement with laundry and bathroom with a shower.
After a day at the beach or exploring the area, come back and enjoy the backyard with a nice cold beverage near the fire pit. A gas grill is available.
