Lovely home located in Yadkin County. Within an hour’s drive of over 40 wineries with the closest three being less than a 15-minute drive, one of those having llamas on site!
This space is a great spot for groups coming to the area for weddings, reunions, wine trips, long weekend getaways, and other gatherings.
Downtown Winston-Salem is a 20-minute drive from the property.
The location is quiet and peaceful, located on a dead-end road in the country with 4 distanced neighbors.
Large kitchen to cook in or make meals out on the grill on the deck...end the night with the hot tub under the stars.
Large living space to hang out in and three private bedrooms to retire to. TV w/Roku. Netflix is available for guest use. Main level master with king size bed with large walk-in shower.
Upper level has two bedrooms one king and one queen and a full-size bathroom with tub/shower.
Property is located on 1.25 acres, providing ample yard space for kids and dogs. The backyard has a well-built play set with swings, double slides, cargo net, and climbing ramp.
Additionally, there is a guest suite (fully furnished sleeps up to 5 with full kitchen and full bath not included with main house) attached to the main home that has been an active listing on other hosting sites. About the host

New to VRBO, but not new to hosting! Currently a 5 Star host on other sites. I work in healthcare, will be embarking on a cardiovascular perfusion program in August (I beat out roughly 9,500 other people to get one of 550 spots in the country in 20 various programs) and my husband works in management. We live local to the property and are very responsive to guests needs. We began hosting as a means to supplement our income while I am completing the perfusion program. I have previously worked in the hospitality industry that focused significantly on event planning. Our goal with hosting is to provide people coming to the area with a great place to stay as accommodations such as hotels are limited.
Why they chose this property
It's so quiet and peaceful! There's minimal light pollution, so the sky is lit up with stars and planets! We've seen the Milky Way a few times as well as the Northern Lights when they came to town, if you have a telescope, I highly recommend bringing it!
What makes this property unique
The peacefulness, but not being too far from something to do. A twenty minute drive can take you to a multitude of wineries, breweries, downtown Winston-Salem, or some great hiking spots! The sky becomes the most majestic colors as the sun rises and sets (photos posted).
