Comfy Ranch House [3 BR / 2 BA]
Welcome to our cozy Upstate NY retreat! Perfect for traveling workers or family vacations, this newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers a comfortable stay. It features a stocked kitchen, laundry room, and spacious, furnished rooms. In the summer, enjoy our 24-foot round pool with a deck and lounge chairs. The backyard has a 5-burner gas grill, a gliding bench, and an outdoor table with a retractable umbrella, ideal for dining and relaxing. Book now for a great stay!
Safe neighborhood. Located right across the street to a park with a large field and basketball court.
Next to a busy road, but settles down at night (we provide complimentary earplugs just in case).
15 Minutes to Corning Museum of Glass
25 Minutes to Watkins Glen State Park
40 Minutes to Ithaca
House Rules
- Please take your shoes off by the front door when entering the house.
- Clean any spills on the floor and make sure the floor is dry.
- Don't keep food in the bedrooms.
- Clean dishes by dishwasher or by hand after using them. (We have dishwasher pods under the kitchen sink.)
- Use the provided plastic plates, bowls, and cups when dining outside. (Located in cabinet left of microwave.)
You may leave garbage bags in the garage. For longer stays (4+ days), if you have a large amount of garbage, you can place bags by the mailbox. Please message us if you do so, and we’ll arrange a collection during your stay. Thank you!

POOL RULES (June - August) (Times: 8:00 AM- 9:00 PM)
- No diving.
- No glass on the pool deck or in the pool.
- No food or drinks in the pool.
- No toddlers in the pool and pool deck.
- No sitting or standing on pool walls.
- No kicking off pool walls.
- No roughhousing.
- No peeing in the pool.
- Children must be supervised at all times by an adult while in the pool and pool deck.
- Please shower before using the pool to remove sweat, makeup, lotions, and hair products. This helps keep the water clean, reduces the need for chlorine, and ensures a more enjoyable swim for everyone.
- Try to dry off entirely before returning inside the house to make sure the floor doesn't get wet.
