Our beautiful 2 bedroom home is located in the heart of Seattle. Within walking distance to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market and Seattle's top restaurants, you will not run out of things and places to see.
This unit boasts modern furnishings, three smart TVs, a beautiful fireplace, a private serene courtyard garden, cookware, board games and more. In the space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds, a comfortable memory foam American Leather brand sleeper sofa, and a memory foam queen size floor mattress to add extra sleeping options when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. This home includes ultra high speed wireless internet and two large electric air conditioning units.
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8".
The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.

Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.
