Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and a private backyard, perfect for outdoor gatherings or simply soaking up the sunshine.

HOUSE RULES:
We hope you enjoy your stay, but for the safety and benefit of our neighbors and future guests, we appreciate your cooperation with the following house rules:
1. All guests should be included on the reservation. Please ask permission for additional guests or visitors.
2. No third-party bookings are permitted. The person who booked the reservation must be staying on property.
3. Please send all communications through the platform when possible. This ensures access to 24/7 customer support services if necessary and protects both Guests and Hosts.
4. Please turn off lights and all appliances (especially air conditioners and heat) when you are not in the home.
5. Please provide a check-in time 72 hours prior to your date of check-in so we can anticipate your arrival.
6. Please contact us for alternative check out times and we will do our best to accommodate. A late check out fee may apply.
7. Lockout service is subject to availability. Please contact us if you are locked out and we will respond as quickly as possible. A lock out fee may apply.
8. To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all, this is a strictly non-smoking premise. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. A minimum $500 smoking fee will be charged for odor removal.
9. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know ahead of time. Unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees. We do allow dogs not more than 50 lbs for an additional $25/night per pet (for 1 pet) and $35/night per pet (for 2 pets).
10. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace something in the home, please let us know so we can look out for the item during cleaning.
11. If guests are found to have had an event or party without permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges.
12. If neighbors are disrupted as a result of such an event, guests may be asked to leave the property.
