When a great vibe matters, this warm & inviting 3 Bdrm, 2 ensuite bath home in exclusive Hancock Park proper, is the perfect “in-town” retreat, surrounded by lush gardens & greenery! Enjoy evening walks through this wonderful historic neighborhood and nearby Larchmont Village. Paramount Studios and Hollywood are practically at your doorstep. Fabulous restaurants, coffee shops Melrose shopping, La Brea shopping and art galleries are within walking distance…
A lovely spacious 1800 sq ft. with 1936 original character details. Tasteful upgrades, include fully equipped modern kitchen with additional prep sink, Culligan filtered water, dishwasher, LG washer/dryer... hardwood floors, central heat/AC, gas heated fireplace & mantle, beamed ceilings, scalloped arch entries into various rooms, hardwood floors, natural fiber rugs, eclectic vintage and modern furnishings, gardens, private patio, private zen back garden. One king bed in the master bedroom w/ensuite bathtub & separate shower, one queen bed in bedroom 2 w/ensuite shower, and a modern sofa sleeper (full/queen) in bedroom 3, which functions as an office/den. You will feel like you are in your own space and not like a guest in someone else's... with all closets, built ins and cupboards at your disposal. Apple TV and free high speed wireless internet Wi-Fi (wifi) and ethernet included.
The fantastic location is so central that there is little, if any, need for a car, but free street parking is plentiful with no restrictions except for street cleaning a few hours, twice per week. The only outdoor space that is shared with guests from the guesthouse is the separate side entrance to the property and courtyard for their access. Otherwise, all outdoor space is yours alone. **There is potential for some traffic noise from one side of the property, otherwise quiet and peaceful.
