Hello! I have always wanted a property at the beach! And it literally is steps away from the ocean! My vision has come alive and dreams have come true! I enjoy fixing up properties and others enjoying them.
Why they chose this property
This quaint space has it all! Sand, kitchen, bedrooms and the ocean! You walk in and you are immediately brought back to the 1990s style beach cottage. The original shiplap walls, green counter tops and wooden furniture. Each bedroom has a queen sized with soft mattresses.
The views from the cottage area mesmerizing. And the beach is only steps away from the stairs to the cottage.
The court is well established with wonderful owners.
The community pool is seasonal and open to the community's owners and guests. There is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
