This condo is centrally located on the island, and only a 1 mile drive to the whitecap beach and bob hall pier. Excellent fishing, and 1/4 mile from a boat launch. Quiet and safe neighborhood, 2nd floor unit with patio perfect for watching sunsets over the water.
