Cute and comfortable Wallingford townhome

We had a lovely stay at Sue's Wallingford townhome. The home is very clean and perfectly located to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. We were visiting the UW and everything was really easy. Thanks!

Great location, Lovely townhome

Sue was a wonderful host. Very responsive and hospitable. The property is very convenient. We had no problems finding parking. We appreciated the nice touches like the k cups and toiletries.

Great location in Wallingford neighborhood

We loved this place. Very nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood, but easy to walk to many places to eat, get groceries, and all sorts of entertainment. The roof deck has a killer view of the Seattle skyline. It's close to the University of Washington too. We enjoyed this visit very much. Easy to get in and out of, and close access to I-5 to get North or South quickly. Would recommend for a family.

Soccer in Seattle

We had a lovely stay in Seattle for a soccer tournament. We loved the location, it was close to downtown, university, Pykes Market and soccer fields. The weather was amazing which we hear might not be typical. Sue was very responsive when we needed to stay an hour later. The house was clean and had everything we needed!

Great stay in convenient Seattle neighborhood

This townhouse was very clean and the overall quality of the unit was excellent. Super convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Nice view of downtown from the roof deck. We had everything we needed and the space was mostly great. The living room area is very small so that made it tight for our family but that is nothing that can be changed and it worked. My only criticism was that the beds were very hard and seemed below the quality of the rest of the unit.

Pristine home and amazing location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The townhome is brand new with updated finishings and furnishings. The rooftop patio is amazing. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the home - outstanding attention to detail. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and we were easily able to find everything we needed for sleeping and meals. The location is perfect - groceries, a variety of restaurants and shops were all within walking distance and access to public transit was right around the corner. Our hosts were wonderful, providing clear and detailed checkin/checkout instructions in a timely manner and answering our questions immediately. We had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay in here again!
