Beautiful and spacious property! Very affordable and completely stocked! We had absolutely everything we could need here and everything was so clean! The only concern we could possibly note would be that the hot water did run out very quickly in the upstairs bathtub and there was alot of broken glass in the yard so we had to be sure our littles had shoes on the whole time. But overall this place was great! Will be going back!
A True Cabin Retreat – Almost Perfect in Every Way
Tucked just off a well-kept gravel road, this cabin offers a truly immersive escape. At first glance, the exterior gives little hint of the charm and comfort waiting inside. Thoughtfully decorated with warmth and personality, every room invites you to settle in and embrace the slower pace of cabin life. Cozy pillows and plush throws are generously placed throughout, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. While our stay was nearly flawless, I’d be remiss not to mention a couple of small issues—a minor hole on the front porch (hidden beneath a table) and a damaged step that, while noticeable and easy to avoid, could use some attention. The only real drawback is the complete lack of WiFi. Not only was it slow, but none of us could connect at all, and cell service is very limited. Calls could be made from the deck, and texts could be sent by the creek, but emails required a trip into town. If you’re looking to truly unplug, though, this might be a hidden blessing.Beyond that, our time here was nothing short of fantastic. The creek just steps away was a highlight, providing hours of enjoyment. Evenings were spent around the spacious fire pit, roasting marshmallows in comfortable seating. Horseshoes and yard games added to the fun, making this an ideal spot for both relaxation and play.At 99% perfect, this cabin is one I would return to in a heartbeat. If you’re seeking a peaceful getaway with all the rustic charm and modern comforts (minus the internet), this is the place to be.
This cabin is located within 15 minutes of downtown Dahlonega. The cabin has a great lot with a creek running through the front of it. There is a fire pit outside as well as a lot of seating outside and a table to eat out back if needed. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms very nice. The loft space had two twin beds that the kids loved. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!
We had the pleasure of staying at the private cabin for two nights and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home.
The property was exactly as described in the listing—it was spacious, well-maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our stay while attending a wedding and family hiking trips.
Communication with the host was excellent. Brian was very responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
Overall, this was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dahlonega. We hope to come back in the future!
My family and I stayed at the absolutely beautiful cabin for a few days! The place is located in a wonderful spot that is secluded but easy access to main roads. The house has all the amenities you would want and more!
This cabin was a wonderful place to stay. The decor was beautiful and the location was perfect. We enjoyed all the outside activities and it was a great place for the kids to explore. There is no hot tub or jetted/spa tub as listed on the amenities but that did not take away from all the other great things the property offered. Amazing place!
