Awesome rental

We loved our time in this rental! Easy access to San Diego area, great layout of home, and tons of space to gather and enjoy our time in Santee. Host was easy to work with and very responsive to any needs. Highly recommend this listing!

Family get together

Our large family group (3 families with children and a grandparent) traveled down from various locations to attend the Miramar Airshow. We wanted to find a place where we could all stay together and visit while not at the show. Not an easy feat with a large group. This house ticked all of the boxes. Proximity to the base was reasonable (~20 mins). The house was clean and had plenty of room for us all to sit together to eat or hang out. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and the kids loved all of the activities provided. Spa heat was included in our stay. Pool heat is an extra charge which we opted not to utilize as we were not there most of the day. I am not sure this area is as high traffic as previous VRBO’s we have rented so the kitchen didn’t have the random food supplies former guests sometimes leave behind. Easily managed, as we were able to have our late arrival family bring pepper, olive oil, and a dish sponge (The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishware and cookware you could need). My sister’s husband left his wedding ring behind and Kevin very promptly secured it and mailed it back to them. Very much appreciated! All in all, the house met our needs and was a great setting for a memorable trip. Thank you!
