The Neighborhood:
Festival at ChampionsGate is a community in Davenport, Florida. Situated just a few minutes away from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Festival Resort is a great choice for vacation/second home buyers. Festival Resort is located off I-4 South (exit 58), in the ChampionsGate area (one mile down from Champions Gate Boulevard), surrounded by 200 acres of lush natural Florida woodlands and lakes.

This family friendly resort features private gated neighborhoods and impressive amenities.

The Downtown Festival town center offers dining, resort-style heated pool with private cabanas, kids’ water park, fitness center and other recreational amenities as well as a general store, ice cream parlor, hi-tech video arcade, Florida-style bar and grill, putt-putt golf course and volleyball courts.

Getting Around:
Festival Resort is located in the Championsgate Orlando area, a short drive south of US Highway 192 on Westside Boulevard, near Exit 58 on Interstate 4.

There are plenty of facilities including shops, supermarkets, amenities, fast food outlets and restaurants nearby offering an ideal choice of resort and location for that vacation rental holiday in Orlando, having fun and relaxing in the Florida sunshine.

The Lake Buena Vista area, Disney Springs, Downtown Disney, Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Resort and all the Attractions and Orlando Theme Parks are all within an easy-going drive.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
