We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots & pans, blender, toaster, microwave, indoor electric grill, crockpot, etc.

At just over 800 sq feet, this one-bedroom condo has everything you need for a memorable escape to Breckenridge! The open concept living/dining area, with its modern mountain decor, has a leather chair plus 2 leather sofas, including a convertible sofa bed, an amazing electric fireplace and smart TV. Enjoy the fantastic view of the Blue River, Main Street and Baldy Mountain.
The dining area will accommodate 6 with 4 chairs and bench seating. The kitchen, with its Silestone countertops and stainless-steel appliances has all of the cooking utensils you’ll need to make a home cooked meal. If cooking on vacation isn’t your cup of tea, head right downstairs to Main Street and choose from some of the amazing restaurant options all within walking distance. Make sure to grab your beverage of choice and sit along the river right downstairs!

The spacious bedroom has two queen sized beds, a floating desk, dresser, and views facing central Main Street. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer located right in the bedroom. For larger/faster laundry options, there is a laundry facility on-site.
The bathroom has updated tile and fixtures with a walk-in shower.
**There is not an elevator to reach the unit. You will need to access using the stairwell (3 small flights of 8 steps each to reach the unit).
**There are baseboard heaters but no air conditioning in the unit. We do have two ceiling fans along with portable fans if needed. Feel free to crack open the windows as well.
**For your safety, there is a Ring Doorbell Camera on the outside of the entry level door into the unit.

Skiing: Your Breckenridge ski pass is also good at Keystone (try night skiing!) and Arapahoe Basin. In addition, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all within 1 hour of Breckenridge, giving you the choice of 6 different major ski areas.
Need a break from skiing? Try snowshoeing, snowmobiling, horse and sleigh rides, nordic skiing, snow tubing, outlet mall shopping, or stay in Breckenridge and browse over 200 shops and restaurants!
