Fully immersed in the heart of downtown Seattle, this high-rise condo makes the perfect home base whether you're traveling for business or pleasure. Greet each morning with views of the city from your perch on the 13th floor, and find just about everything you need easily accessible on foot.

This condo enjoys a prime location in the desirable Pike/Pine corridor, where it overlooks the Seattle Convention Center. It's a walker's paradise, whether you're going to the great restaurants and shops of Pike/Pine and Capitol Hill, the Paramount Theatre and a host of other music and entertainment venues, the famous Pike Place Market, or the light rail. Within the building itself, you'll have access to a game room, roof decks, and easy garage parking.

Take the elevator upstairs to the 13th floor, where this bright and inviting condo awaits. Large windows and plentiful mirrors fill the space with sunlight and views of the city from almost every room. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with a pass-through window to the breakfast bar, a separate dining area, and a living room where you can curl up to watch movies at night. Take in west-facing views of the sunset each evening and use the complimentary WiFi to stay on top of any remote work.

Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!

Improper listing/ no parking space as promised
It was overall a good stay but a parking spot was promised in the listing and there was poor communication between VRBO and the actual property manager, as we were not reimbursed for a parking garage as promised

Condo in Seattle
Four stars for its proximity to downtown Seattle. I loved how close it was and how easy it was to walk everywhere. There were people from all walks of life and families walking both day and night. I did not love the area. It sits next to a very busy and noisy highway. There was trash on the street. There was construction on a building next to it.

Worst property and service ever
This was not a good experience. This condo is so poorly maintained and not as presented on VACASA’s listing. First, I only rent units with parking so I’m not on the street. The listing and the receipt from VACASA says one designated parking space. On arrival the ambassador tells me there is no parking and I am not the first renter that has been misled. We get into unit we found the following. 1. Kitchen cabinet door sitting on floor in front of sink cabinet. 2. Go turn on large tripod floor lamp, turns out one leg is sitting in corner. It’s now a two legged lamp leaning against corner. 3. Went to sit on barstool the seat fell off. It has no bolts holding it to legs. 3. TV in bedroom, no remotes worked even after we bought new batteries. 4. Fan in King bedroom has no pull chain to turn fan on. 5. Bathroom has mounting brackets for shelf and hook but they are gone. 6. The fabric shower curtain has brown mildew on bottom 8 inches. 7. The closets are being used as storage for who knows what. I contacted VACASA because I had to pay an additional $36 dollars a day for a nearby public lot. They texted me there is a space assigned, then texted me that there is a space only for a compact car so my EV6 won’t fit, then another text that said there is NO parking even though it’s on listing and receipt and there is nothing they can do for me. But they will have their local team schedule to look into repairs. There is no possible way housekeeping was unaware of these issues. They had to mo

Disappointing Stay - Misleading Information and Cleanliness Issues
We were deeply disappointed with our stay at this property. The most frustrating issue was the lack of internet access. Despite the property management company claiming the internet was working, it was completely unusable throughout our stay. This was not only inconvenient but also misleading, as I came to learn the company was aware the internet had not been working for months. Additionally, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. While initially it seemed fine, we encountered several cleanliness concerns, including mold in the bathroom (tub and floors), a dirty/moldy shower curtain, an exposed air filter appearing not to have been changed in years, filthy/broken blinds, dirty windowsills/jams, and other various items. These issues were extensive enough we took pictures as proof, though this review page doesn't appear to allow me to upload them. I reached out directly to the property management company daily while staying in the unit and multiple times in the week since we returned to no avail. The staff continue to state the concerns have been escalated; however, no one has reached out to discuss the issue. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. And honestly, caution any owners who might see this review from utilizing Vacasa as a property management company. The management company needs to address these problems immediately to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.
