Large open floor plan with great room and kitchen. Fully furnished 6000+ sq/ft . Huge island, Ideal location with mountain view. 6 large windows with automatic shades. Large backyard with grassy play area, hot tub, playfort, firepit. Big screen TV provided with hookups for presentation needs. Also big screen movie area in the basement.
6 bedrooms + nursery (with crib) + office (with a futon)= 8 rooms. 4.5 bathrooms. Big area downstairs with a kids fort and slide & Big screen TV area.
Sorry we don't do wedding recpetions or big parties.
We have “the greatest snow on earth” here in Utah and live near 7 major ski resorts and close to BYU/ SLC, Park city, Sundance, etc. We have national parks south of us as well.
