1964 Brick home in a quiet neighborhood. A spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms one with a gas fireplace, a big fenced in backyard with a patio table and BBQ grill. Kitchen is fully furnished with a gas cook stove, Convection, rotisserie toaster oven, microwave with air fryer. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms so you don't have to get woke up with the sun rises. Located minutes from bus stop, shopping, church, college, hospital, playgrounds. American Legion is close by if you are looking for inexpensive place to have a drink, something to eat, Bingo, darts or just live entertainment. River Street is 6 miles away and Tybee Island 12 miles. Savannah has everything you could want.
