- For any last-minute booking same day of arrival, guest will be requested to send all the passports for all the guests who will be checking in,

- Online Payment is required 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation
- Guest will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival
- Location and Keylock box code will be sent to the guest same day of check-in once payment is confirmed
- Check-in from 04.00 PM to 10.00 PM
- Check out is at 11.00 PM
- No late check out is permitted
- No early check in is permitted
- Guest will be asked to provide an insurance deposit 300 USD that will be held from his credit card
- Unmarried couples and mixed groups are not allowed
