We selected this property for a 1 night stay in Cedar Falls visiting the UNI campus. This property is convenient, clean, and quiet. Only aspect to advise is that the property sqft is small and I would advise no more than 4 people stay here vs the 6 person capacity that is listed.
We were in town and stayed at this little cottage. Was really cute and a clean stay while we were in between seeing family and 4th of July activities. I was a little confused at where the lock box was located at first but we found it on the back vs front door so all was well. I like the neutral yet hip vibe it has with the colors and disco ball. Neighbors were very quiet and host very responsive.
We had a great stay and would recommend this smaller house for a family or couple visiting the area. Nice central location with a large backyard! Just as pictured and described. Space in each room to store luggage, etc. Communication was quick and very helpful! There is a small porch out back with a couple chairs (adding an outdoor table or seating area with additional chairs would really increase the experience and ability to use the area comfortably like eating outside when there's nice weather, having coffee in the morning, etc). We would definitely stay at this house again and recommend to friends and family!
