Gorgeous ground floor unit. Ideal location, on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course. Close to hotel, restaurants, and the beach. Completely upgraded, newly painted, with new contemporary furniture. A/C in the living room and bedroom .Flat-screen TV in both living room and bedroom. This unit has a spacious feel to it with a large kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI. Upgraded bathroom with shower only. Beautiful, modern, well appointed kitchen. This is a one bedroom one bathroom unit, all linens and towels are provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Great Property

NOT A GOOD PLACE!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This as a poor choice for the following reasons: our rental was very worn down, lots of worn walls, much paint needed, ceiling fan when on can't see the TV from couch because of reflection into TV screen. Kitchen silverware not complete - not enough for 4 glasses, 3 coffee cups, blender was broken, had to ask for another, knives very, very dull, no ice makers, etc. Only two rolls of toilet paper offered, rest, buy yourself. Bathroom had no bars anywhere in bathroom, toilet has a bad leak, sometimes went on in the middle of night, has a high pitch sound. Bedroom has very large, heavy picture hung above the bed on 1 light hook and small. Very, very dangerous. Folding closet doors jump off track on and off. Blinds cheap allowed light not efficient. Would never use this lpace again.

Great unit and great location

Our turtle bay experience was everything we had hope for. Unit was extremely clean and well appointed. The 2 A/C units keep the entire unit at a very comfortable temperature. It is less than 100meters to the pro shop and an easy walk to the amazing beach at turtle bay. Beach gear was good, nice beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and sun umbrella.

Good communication from the property management. Overall pretty good place to stay, would recommend and would definitely come back

Cleanest rental I have seen. Updated interior, safe, comfortable. Both A/C units work great. Bed was great, linens were soft. Plenty of towel's. 3 boogie boards available. Perfect location if you want to be on the Northshore. Smaller hot water heater like most conds so need to plan out showers for a family or group as hot water runs out with 2 quick showers or one long one. Would love to stay at this cond again.

Review of Rental 13 West Turtle Bay Fazio

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Welllll, it was OK. The setting was wonderful and the weather was great. Right on the North Shore and close to all the local culture. The room was clean and had been updated with new floors, etc. However, the years had taken a toll. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and mildew on the bottom. The shower curtain rail was rusty. It was hard to take a shower looking at the condition of the curtain. The back screen doors were old and hard to slide. The air conditioners were old and noisy. We happened to check in while they were repaving the entire parking lot, so we had to park a couple blocks away. The gate code for the initial entry didn't work as expected, nobody answered the security phone, so we had to call the office who advised us to go in another gate where the asphalt trucks were working. The best part was walking on the golf cart paths of the closed Fazio golf course. We won't be coming back. The general condition of the property had been rode hard and put away wet.

Overall, this rental was absolutely amazing.

Difficulty getting through the gate

Getting through the gate the first time was difficult. The system described in the email did not work. Luckily a lady finally answered and opened the gate. Difficulty getting the a/c to work. You needed to push the button on the outlet in the living room. The property management was not very helpful when calling. - Otherwise the property met our expectations.

Well appointed and comfortable unit; great location

The unit was beautifully appointed and well taken care of. We appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked, though the knives were extremely dull. The bed was comfortable (soft but firm) and there were plenty of pillows. The bedding was a bit worn and even stained, but still acceptable. We paid extra for a portable crib and were pleasantly surprised to find a folding roll-away twin bed stowed in a living room nook. Our kids (1.5 and 3 years old) slept in the living room. This worked for us, but I wouldn't recommend this unit for more than two adults. Even with the master bedroom AC unit blaring and the fans going non-stop, the living room was very hot and our kids were pretty sweaty all night. Location: Excellent. We easily explored the North Shore and spent time in La'ie at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Nearby Kuilima Cove was a bit crowded but had decent snorkeling. Kawela Bay was absolutely stunning and deserted early in the morning. Amenities: So nice to have beach equipment and towels included. The chairs were rusted and in our opinion un-usable, but we got lots of use out of the beach cart, umbrella, mats, toys, etc. There were lots of board games etc in the unit, which was a nice touch. There were pools and tennis courts on the property, but no instructions on how to access them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this unit and would stay again. Mahalo!
