Relaxing stay at very nice house on Belleau Lake. Fished from kayaks, explored, found some restaurants we liked. Very nice owner. Great place to recharge
Lovely and relaxing cabin on the lake. Close to outdoor adventures, North Conway, and Wolfeboro, and a very warm sanctuary when returning home. We loved our stay; our third visit and we can’t wait for next year!
Our time at this warm and inviting lakefront home was wonderful. All the amenities were provided on a gorgeous, peaceful lake setting. The deck overlooking the lake is accessible from both the main living area and master bedroom. A beautiful way to start the day. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. New Hampshire in the fall is breathtaking and we hope to return again to enjoy what the other seasons on Belleau Lake have to offer. Highly recommend this lakefront beauty!!

What a great house that is right on Belleau Lake. Enjoy the comforts of home while canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and enjoying the sights around NH lakes regions. The house is just as described and will accommodate and couple and or family. Relax is what you will do at this place on the deck overlooking the lake with its fabulous sunsets.
What a lovely home. We loved our time there. It was very hot and we did miss a/c though the 2 free standing fans were helpful. We’d love to visit in the Fall to see the foliage.
Both my husband and I enjoyed are stay. The cabin was exactly as it looked like in the listing. Very quaint. Everything we needed was there including kayaks a firepit and outdoor furniture for lounging and relaxing.
The inside of cabin had a fireplace in the living room which we enjoyed each night while watching movies or playing scrabble and yatzee.
It was the perfect spot for us to relax and recharge. Thank you Sara and Steven for your hospitality and and opportunity to stay at your lovely home .

We loved everything about it. The house was clean and neat and had everting needed for an enjoyable stay. The view of the lake was spectacular. I highly recommend this spot and can’t wait to go back.
We had a wonderful time again this year! The house is cozy and warm, a great respite from wonderful outdoor winter activities. Snowshoeing, hiking the frozen lake, and heading up to the mountains for skiing/tubing are great ways to spend the days. Wonderful memories with our kids and we plan to return.
Lovely cottage--fully equipped with everything we needed. Amazing sunsets. Great 'home base' for day trips in the White Mountains, Maine, and beyond. Host couldn't be nicer!
This sparkling clean, adorable, well appointed cabin has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We stayed in the fall and didn't use the lake, but the view is magnificent. The master bedroom has views of the lake from the bed, and it's own fireplace! The owner provides kayaks, canoe and paddle boat for warmer weather. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that adds the perfect ambiance for a chilly fall or winter day. Sara shows you around upon arrival and is very responsive to questions.
Portland is an easy day trip, and hiking trials and breweries abound! We had the perfect get a way at this sweet lake cabin.
We had an amazing stay. Sara was wonderful, communicative, and very helpful. The house is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Great activities close by; snowshoeing, tubing parks, and time out on the frozen lake. Relaxing by the fireplace, lots of games and books. A great place to rest and unwind. Look forward to returning!
This property was so peaceful, and had all the comforts of home.
Tucked along the wooded shoreline of Belleau Lake, it's the perfect spot to hideaway for a quiet winter's nap.
The house is so nice! It has a great deck & main bedroom has doors that open onto it. The lake is a nice size for exploring with kayaks. We felt very comfortable staying here & Sara (the owner) is so sweet & helpful.

About the host
Hosted by Sara Silva
We currently live in the area and often have family and friends come to visit. They always leave with plans to come back and enjoy the lake and the many outdoor activities that are available at our doorstep. Like many New Hampshire residents, we're "out-of -stater's" who grew up visiting the area for camping, hiking, biking, skiing, swimming etc. As we started to raise our family our vacations centered around "lake-living" and the sense of peace it always provides. We hope you'll feel the same.
Why they chose this property
This property is directly on Belleau Lake with it's fine fishing, boating, swimming and spectacular sunsets which can be seen right from the large deck overlooking the lake. Belleau Lake is a 290 acre private lake in the Lakes Region of NH. Its typically a quiet lake with average water craft traffic during peak seasons and weekends, and very little traffic during the week and off season. It is one of the more peaceful lakes in the area which is one of the reasons that we chose it.
What makes this property unique
This cottage has been renovated from top to bottom. It's neat and clean and ready for you to come in and make it "home". It is located in East Wakefield and is convenient to Wolfeboro, Conway, North Conway, The Outlets at Settlers Green, Sanford, ME and just over an hour to the White Mountains. During fall foliage and the many fall fairs in the area you can experience what its like to live in New Hampshire among the beauty of the hills and mountains. Take a ride up Rt 153 to Conway during any season and you'll see beautiful scenery and maybe some wildlife. The Cottage is also located just off of Corridor 19 for snowmobiling. The Seven Lakes Snowmobile Club grooms many miles of trails on the NH trail system and from the Cottage you can get to just about anywhere in the state, depending on the amount of snow. In the summer and fall those trails are available to mountain bikers and hikers and also shared by a variety of wildlife. King Pine Ski Area is also located about 15 miles from the Cottage and has a wide variety of outdoor activities during the winter months.
