The property manager was more than helpful.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit was not well maintained and equipped. Very dated. Would not rent that unit again.
The place is certainly somewhat old and outdated but cute. The biggest surprise was that the dishwasher did not work at all and the washing machine was missing a dial, so practically we couldn't use it. The property manager was prompt to suggest sending over a technician but we decided against it since we did not stay long.

Decent but not very comfortable.
Stayed here the week after Christmas but ended up leaving a day early based on the lack of comfort this place has. The main problem was the couch and the beds. The couch was an odd shape.... a little too close to the ground and just profoundly uncomfortable 15 minutes on it and our backs were aching. Not great for a place we intended to lounge around in and relax. The beds were terrible. Soft in the wrong way. Everything in this place is a bit old and beaten up. Light was out in the Master bath..... Oven/stovetop was from the late 60's early 70's. The kitchen floor is spongy and creaks like it is going to fall..... The dryer shook the entire building.... etc. It felt like the first apartment I had in my late teens. If you are a bunch of 20 year olds looking for a place to crash while skiing... this might be for you. Otherwise, it does not have much for creature comforts. The agency people were friendly enough but they really didn't seem overly concerned that we were leaving early because of the lack to comfort. Didn't offer any sort of discount or incentive to come back.

Nothing to be excited about
This was an example of a very basic place that got frozen in the 1980. Everything about this condo is "blah". It does not have certain common things like: instructions on how to operate TV systems (figure it out by trial and error), a knife sharpener for the kitchen (knives are dull), a pack of light bulbs to quickly replace a busted one, normal blankets for the master bedroom and so on. Not a big deal one may say. True but it is annoying and degrades a quality of your vacation. One plus side is that Diamond Peak resort is literally 5 min away.

Perfect for a ski weekend
We really enjoyed the place and it couldn't have been in a better location. We actually didn't realize until after booking how close it was to diamond peak! We got to try out a great mountain for the first time and didn't have to wait in traffic to get there. It worked out perfectly!
