You can't go wrong with this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom retreat. Enjoy a drink on one of the two decks over looking the beautiful Lewis and Clark Lake, or just relax by the fireplace, or maybe a movie in the theater room. You can enjoy the sites of Yankton, boating on the water ( full service boat dock 3 miles away, Weigand Marina) , fishing at Gavins Point Dam, or catching some rays at one of the many beach areas during the day. All while, knowing that you have all the amenities of home.
The cabin has 4 bathrooms, each with a shower. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with a rain shower. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with two full size futons. Up stairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 - has two full beds and two single beds. Bedroom 2 - has one queen bed, one full bed, one single bed and a baby crib. Enjoy a big kitchen, grill, laundry room and bar area with a full size fridge.

50th Anniversary Lake Celebration.

We booked this listing for my Parent's 50th wedding anniversary. This property is spacious and clean. The decks have a view of the lake. The pool table and theater room were great we needed a break from the outdoors.

Stayed Several Times

Once again, eight of us stayed at this property on our annual golf trip. We are always impressed with incredible cleanliness. The layout is great for our group with multiple beds in the bedrooms, large deck, huge views, workable kitchen, outdoor fire pit and large interior sitting areas. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a great getaway with friends and family.

The house is very nice. BEAUTIFUL scenery. There were some bugs in the house (and a few blankets). It looked like it had been cleaned, but had been empty for a few weeks.

Weekend wedding family gathering

Our family of 7 adults and 5 children found this to be a great home to enjoy spending a long weekend together. Nice view of the lake! Kids enjoyed playing pool, games, and the adults made a few fires outside after a nice 2.5” rain storm that came through. Brought the kayak to the beach nearby. Lots of life jackets for kids to use and beach chairs-thank you. Would recommend this to any family with kids and will come back if in the Yankton area again. Cheers

Perfect for guys golf trip

Third time we have stayed here. This year we had 9 on our guys golf trip. Key to us is the number of individual beds. We also enjoy the huge deck, gas fire pit and lake views. The large kitchen works for us as well because we bring our own meals. This place never disappoints. Everything you experience is as advertised.

Spacious with excellent view

Stayed here for a yearly family get together, and it was great! We enjoyed the spacious home that fit everyone comfortably, the outdoor gas fire pit, and we were able to use a kyaak and paddle board that they had on site.

Family vacation 2021

Was a great place to stay! Lots of privacy. The house was beautiful although not newly built. Lot of space to spread out. Close to lots of outdoor activities. The kids had a great time catching fireflies and roasting marshmallows in the front yard. Saw some gorgeous sunrises.

Look no further. This is the place!

This is the second consecutive year we have stayed at this property for our guys annual golf trip. We had 9 in our group this year. There is a lot to like but in particular it meets a requirement that there are multiple beds in 3 of the 4 very large bedrooms as well as other areas where one hang out. The home is beautiful, private, spotless and has great amenities such as a gas fire pit and pool table. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. It's the perfect place for us.
