Still Waters is a 720 sq ft condo located at 794 Main Street #203,1.5 blocks from the Madeline Island Ferry dock. It is on the upper level of what the locals call “the blue building”, in the heart of La Pointe. A Café, coffee shop, moped rental, and laundry are in the lower level shops. Walking distance to all the restaurants.
Still Waters is a one bedroom, with a queen size bed overlooking the veranda at the back of the building. It has one bath with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a coffee bar. It has a spacious living room with Lake Superior views.
Seven miles to Big Bay Town Park www.bigbaytownpark.com, 5.5 miles to Big Bay State Park https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/parks/bigbay, and two blocks to Joni’s Beach. The closest tennis court is 400’ at the Harry Nelson Rec center. Madeline Island Golf Club and the Marina are one mile away. Cute and Convenient Apartment!

We stayed over Labor Day Weekend at this Vrbo. It was very easy to find, given that it is in the central location of the island. Loved being right on top and next to all the major shops and restaurants in town. Walking distance to everything. Apartment was cozy, no problems noted there. Not too loud, even being next to Toms Burnt Down Cafe. Would highly recommend!

A must stay again !!

It was so nice, clean felt like home that's how I can describe it. Had beach towels even in it, cleaning supplies a little vacuum. It just had everything that was needed, and the host was very prompt and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and tell others for sure to stay there!

Perfect location for the P2LP weekend

My daughter and I enjoyed staying in this cute condo! It had everything we needs and is perfectly located - minutes from the ferry and close to shops and restaurants. I got up early to catch the ferry for the big swim and my daughter was able to walk down and meet me at the finish line. It was perfect!

The apartment was upstairs so may not be suitable for all. But once you were inside, the apartment was lovely - well decorated, fully-stocked kitchen, everything you might need (beach towels, umbrella, etc)

Awesome Stay

The condo was just as advertised. In a great location in La Pointe, it is central to everything. The spaces were clean and comfortable. One thing for guests to note: the a/c is is the living room. We put the stand fan in the hall to help move cool air to the bedroom. We would definitely stay again if on Madeline Island.

We enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed there. The bed was comfortable, and there was good shower water pressure. The commercial tenants on the main floor were friendly. If you plan to cook, know that the only condiments are salt & pepper. The photos imply that there is a view from the porch of the lake, but the lake view is from the living room window. The upper deck actually overlooks a wooded area and the back parking lot.

Nice, clean, updated condo with everything we needed. Easy check in. Coffee shop, little grocery and shops all walking distance, short drive to Big Bay State park, with beach and beautiful hikes.
