Ridgevale Retreat is a stylishly updated beach house just steps from Ridgevale Beach! With plenty of modernly furnished interior space and wonderful outdoor spaces, this house will comfortably accommodate family and friends. The open floor plan features gleaming oak floors, a living room with vaulted ceilings, a family room/dining room with a fireplace, and an inviting kitchen with newer appliances. The first floor has two bedrooms: one with a King bed and the other with 2 full size beds. The primary bedroom does have a gorgeous private bathroom with a double vanity. There is a second full bath on the main level as well. The second floor features a cozy loft with flex space sleeping area for the kiddos. The finished lower level includes a full bath and a recreation room with ping pong table. The home also features an outdoor shower, plus a detached shed for beach gear and bike storage. Outdoor entertaining spaces include a charming patio off the kitchen, a sunny deck off the living room, and a pergola-covered front porch. It is truly a beach-oriented neighborhood but also just 3 miles from downtown Chatham. Come enjoy one of Chatham's best family friendly beaches just steps from the house!
