About this property
Couple's Getaway! Hot tub - Fire pit - Loft Theater
Couples, this cabin is for you!
Modern, cozy cabin ready with everything you need to escape the day-to-day grind!
Conveniently located 3 miles to the Parkway, 20 minutes to Dollywood, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg, and near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Let’s Hideaway is a newly renovated, fully furnished 1 bed, 1 bath cabin with a loft theater. The living room has a luxe couch and ample seating, with a 65” smart TV and opens into the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, and modern round dining table and chairs. The washer and dryer are easily accessible in the kitchen as well. The kitchen has the essentials you need to include a Keurig dual coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, utensils and cookware. The bedroom has king bed, a soaking tub, smart TV, full length mirror, and luggage rack. Please keep in mind there is no door on the bedroom.
The loft theater is located just up the stairs, where you will find two oversized leather reclining chairs with plush throw blankets, large screen, projector and popcorn machine.
Out the back deck you’ll find the hot tub and additional outdoor seating. If you want more outdoor enjoyment, you can head out the front door and along the gravel path to the wood burning fire pit and hanging swing.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You’re in the mountains! You will see and hear wildlife and bugs; this is completely normal, so please be prepared. As a preventative measure, we actively treat the cabin for all types of pests, so refunds will not be given for encountering bugs. Bears have been spotted within miles of the cabin, so please do not leave any food outside or in your car, and use the metal trashcan outside for all trash.
There is a security camera facing outwards from the house towards the driveway. This camera is on and records movement and audio 24/7 and is solely for the purpose of safety and security. There are no cameras inside or facing the back or front of the house so your privacy is fully maintained.
The roads leading up to the cabin are county-maintained and nicely paved. However, they can feel relatively steep to some and can be slick in inclement weather. There are no guard rails. It is not required to have four-wheel drive but we suggest you have four-wheel drive available in less desirable weather, so please keep in mind for the winter. If you are not used to winding/curvy mountain roads, give yourself extra time and try to arrive before it gets dark.
Cell phone reception is good at the cabin, but it is the mountains and can vary depending on your carrier.
Please enjoy the wood firepit out front! As a safety precaution, please do not leave an open flame unattended and when finished please ensure all coals are cold to the touch. Guests are expected to bring their own firewood.
The hot tub is fully drained and disinfected between every guest! We want you to enjoy yourself but please use the hot tub at your own risk, we are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.
We want your trip to be as private as possible – we have recently planted 17 large privacy trees surrounding the front and side of the property. These trees are still growing, so please be patient. They will provide ample privacy in the next few months.
There are no refunds for things outside of our control – this includes weather, natural disasters, power outages, and personal matters.
While we love our pets, there are no pets allowed at the cabin, so please do not bring them with you. You will be charged $400 if you bring a pet.
