Recently renovated, this unit we call Gin Beach provides a relaxing retreat on Lake Montauk. Gin Beach comes equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, towels, large screen TVs, air conditioning throughout bedroom and living room area, access to private lake beach as well as kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy a summer on the water! Dine outside on outdoor deck space or lighted area with gas grill and seating. Guests can enjoy a common seating area with Adirondack chairs or lounge chairs and a fire pit near the lake. Gin Beach is one of four units on the property at 71 East Lake Drive.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Please note that this unit has a grass path from the parking spot to the deck and there is one step up to the deck.

Wonderful, modern cottage in Montauk

The property is just fantastic. It’s a great layout for a couple and has some really practical amenities that you just don’t get at a more traditional hotel. The hosts are fantastic as well. Finally, the location can’t be beat if you’re exploring Montauk or even points beyond. We would love to stay again.

Great Stay

Great location and amenities. Kelly provided everything we could possibly need during our stay. We enjoyed the kayaks and grill. Will definitely be staying here again!

Rainy Weather, Great Stay

They have thought of everything…including cookies! Wish the weather had been more conducive for the kayaks and paddle boards but a great stay nonetheless. Nice location, clean, and comfy!

Cozy and comfortable

This was a great place to stay. Perfect for me and my husband. Perfect location, quiet area, just a few minutes from mostly everything. The property host was very helpful and gave up a lot of good information about the area. Definitely would stay there again.

Mini vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was very clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and couch for reading. We will be back someday. The Montauk area is do fun to explore.

The Perfect Retreat

We fell in love with this place from the moment we entered the grounds. The property is well maintained and the view spectacular. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. From a customized letter, fresh cookies, every amenity you could need or hope For. The cottage is adorable, clean, comfortable, newly renovated and all the space you need for a vacation. We can’t wait to return.

Montauk Trip

Early October is perfect to visit if you like peace and quiet. No wait at restaurants and you have the beach to yourself. Our cottage was perfect and easy access to the owners. We will be back!

FIVE MILLION STARS

Duffy’s is a wonderful escape from the busy parts of Montauk while still being a 5 minute drive from everywhere. The place is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! Kathy and Rick are wonderful hosts. We cannot wait to return to Duffy’s.

Great weekend!

Close to all, amazing communication with owners. Kelly was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and go hiking. Very fast response time. Excellent parking, easy to find. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a couple

This was a great spot for my husband and I . We were in town to celebrate our anniversary . The location was remote enough to give us a peaceful relaxing environment but close enough to town that we could zip in and out . The access to the beach pass was key so we could access most beaches with no problem . Sitting by the lake at night was serene . We would love to return !

Mini-moon getaway

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing break immediately following our wedding. This property was perfect. The hosts provided everything needed. The space was quaint and comfortable, extremely clean, secure, the property was beautiful with lake front access and hosts provided beach parking pass. Close to Montauk state park and close to town. Perfect spot for a couples retreat. We will be back.

Lovely Montauk getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Montauk property. The cottage was impeccably clean, tidy, cozy, and the grounds are just stunning. The property is right on the water and the views are gorgeous. Perfect location too. Can't say enough good things. I will definitely be back!

Host was welcoming from the initial reservation thru my stay. Duffy’s on Montauk Lake is beautiful. The room was spotless & had everything thing you could possibly need. The amenities were endless & scenery was beautiful! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing

I had an amazing stay at Duffy’s and have only good things to say. The cottages are beautifully renovated, clean and cozy. The grounds are gorgeous with stunning lake and sunset views. Kelly and Rick make everything easy for you whether you’re looking to hang around and go out on the lake with kayaks or head out to one of the area beaches, etc. Everything you could need is within reach. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Perfect spot

Not much more that can be said about the place. It's immaculate, updated, spacious and easy. It's lovely to have a fridge and kitchen area. Having the parking pass is great to have also when going to the beach. It's always fun to use the kayaks or paddleboards to cruise around the lake. We will keep coming back.

Absolutely lovely

This was our first stay in Montauk and will absolutely not be the last. The property and accommodations were impeccable. This property is perfect for either a short or long getaway. After our first night we were already making plans to come back in the future. This property is owned by locals and they do an excellent job in capturing the Montauk lifestyle and feeling for the guests. Stay here!!!!
