The layout of this condo is great because the bedrooms are on the upper and lower levels which provides separate living spaces for guests, with the main living area in the middle. There are no other units above or below you which makes your stay quiet and private!
Deeded parking for 1 car onsite is included. Pleasant 4-minute walk to Bradford Street and 5-minute walk to Commercial Street. Short cuts take you to you directly to the center of town in 5 minutes!

A State & Local Room Occupancy Tax went into effect for rentals in MA beginning on July 1, 2019.
