Apoun my arrival I had to reach out to the host in order to get inside the unit. I could tell the unit had been recently remodeled. The decor that’s on the profile is an accurate description of what’s inside the unit.There’s 3 ac units that’s battery operated on this property. One in the living room and both bedrooms. The batteries were dead and 1 of the remotes were missing batteries so I couldn’t utilized the unit in the living area. It wasn’t till I brought to the host attention that the tv’s weren’t working that I was made aware that any of the ac remotes would turn on the units. This was still an issue because the batteries were dead. I was reassured that the receptionist would bring batteries, but they never came. The communication with the host was OK up until my arrival. Anytime I asked a question it seemed to be a problem. This one particular incident I was locked out the property because the area that I enter the property through was locked. I called the host to explain my issue and she hung up the phone in my face. I was later texted on the app and was told I need to be mindful of the time, especially since I was already given the code to enter the property after arriving. I’m texting the host explaining that I remember the code to enter the unit, but the door that I came in when I arrived was locked with the pin code and the one I was given wasn’t wrkn. I have so much more to say, but not enough space to finish my review. Low pressure and Luke warm water 3/10
