The location is in my opinion the best on the island. The lagoon in-between the condo and beach sets it apart from the rest of the views of beaches over the years. The 3rd floor puts the tips of palm trees in your sunset, its beautiful. The condo was well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed
Wow, we are sad to leave! The unit was gorgeous, the GIANT beach was one of the biggest I’ve ever been on— like, 2 football fields of long, uncrowded, pure white sand! So many good restaurants nearby. The pool was awesome. Wonderful place to relax! Loved it! (One TINY thing was that I wish there was a little smoother way of getting in — lots of keys to juggle, a keypad would be a little simpler) but once we got the hang of getting in and out it was no problem.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week, visiting Marco Island for the first time. Check in process, though not on-site, was very clearly communicated and quite easy. Though a bit of a walk to the water's edge, the view was lovely, and a cup of coffee on the porch before or after a shelling walk was delightful. The linen closet was well-stocked and kitchen easy to maneuver. The beds were very comfortable. We'd only suggest adding a drying rack for those dishes we did by hand, and a suggestion of possibly having more than two keys (as we were a group of four adults with differing interests and schedules). A key is required to lock the condo door on departure, and the entire complex is very heavily (excessively heavily?!) gated with keyed access needed for entry to the beach from at least one location, and touchpad entrance needed for entrance at all others. The complex across the street with tennis and pickleball courts, corn hole, shuffleboard and actual bocce courts was enjoyed by all. The only disappointment (more for some in our family, less for others) was just how crowded the pool was. There was not a possibility of two chairs next to one another after 11:00 in the morning the entire week we were there. We bypassed the pool altogether and spent the bulk of our time happily on the beach.

The property was located right on the beach. The view was beautiful. But to get to the beach you had to walk at least 2 miles. It was a hike to get there and lug all your stuff. They do not let you use an access that is connected to their other complex they make you walk all the way around. Also they did not allow the kids to play in the pool with any toys, or listen to any music. So if you are retiring this the place for you . If you have children this is not going to work. You must drive off the property to eat or drink. A car is a must. Also their is no entertainment for children on the island. The only thing is mini golf. All in all this not for children it is more for older adults.

Would not stay here again!
The checkin process was horrible! You have to go to another location to pick up your keys we waited at the gate for 2 hours before we were told that. The property was very clean but had a lot of rules. Pool closed very early quite time was around 8 pm for the hotel. The walk to the beach from the room is almost a mile. It does have a beautiful view but not right on the beach. The rental company when I finally got a hold of someone was very nice and helpful but overall I was not satisfied with my stay and will not be going back
The condo has beautiful views. The walk to the ocean is long, but the cart at the condo helps a lot! Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave early & abruptly, or we would have tried to see if condo was available another week!
Condo was older but excellent location and wonderful view. We would stay here again. Little toilet problem on 1st day was rental agency responded immediately.
The overall property is nice as well as the location. The views are great from your balcony and even though a little walk to the beach its well worth it. Our stay was 3 weeks long it was sad to leave the beautiful weather.
A couple of items for improvement would be; check-in and overall run down of the property. When we received the keys to the unit we had to quickly learn how to get through the gated security and use the 3 different keys to get into the building. The laundry is not in the unit but on the same floor and you will need to purchase a laundry card from the Property Manager.
The unit is for sale as listed on the description, it is not an occasional showing. Maybe different since I stayed 3 weeks but I was asked multiple times in the beginning to show the property and the agent was polite and understanding I still had some business to to do and my daughter had online classes. We accommodated the agents and and worked around the schedule, near the end of the stay it was not asking but a demand at to show the property and even told they would enforce my the contract terms if I did not comply. We had an unannounced showing as well, just a surprise on a Sunday late Morning.
Again, overall the location and the unit is great and we enjoyed staying there. I would return to the same place and just review the real estate agreement closer next time.
Not much bad to say about this place. Very nice with a great view. The sliding door in the master bedroom didn’t open and that would be our only complaint. Thank you.
