J104 is a gorgeous renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with easy access to the Mauna Lani's private Beach Club. Located on the first floor and only steps away from the ocean and ancient Hawaiian fishponds, the condo's covered lanai opens to a large grassy area and is close to the amenity center pool/BBQ area. The open floor plan provides lots of space and features tile flooring throughout with hints of tasteful island furnishings and artwork. J104 also features an entertainment center with a television, DVD, VCR and CD player for guests to enjoy. The upgraded kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom offers a large king size bed with a TV and private access to the lanai. The master bedroom also features a large bathroom with marble flooring and counters with his and hers vanities and a separate bathtub and shower. The second bedroom offers guests 2 twin size beds (that may be converted to a king upon request at time of booking) as well as an attached full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and private access to the main lanai area.

Location location location!

This first-floor condo was in the perfect location, from our perspective. The ocean view is to your right off the lanai, but the fishponds are directly out back. Egrets, herons, jumping fish, and just a tranquil, wildlife-rich setting. We walked the fishpond loop every morning after sunrise, we were close to the beach club cove for snorkeling and grabbing lounge chairs on the sand, and it was an easy walk to the Auberge resort for breakfast. Even though the lanai is a walkout on the first floor, there is no foot traffic whatsoever on the lawn, because there is no throughway in front of the condo - the lawn ends in a monkeypod tree to your left. The fishpond paved path passes by below the condo, but on the other side of landscaped hedges, so we didn't feel on-display. FYI for future renters: There are a ton of snorkel fins in the outdoor closet. We only found two functional adult mask/snorkel combos (might not be enough for your party, depending), but there are at least 8 good sets of fins in a variety of adult and child sizes. So definitely try them on before you rent. We've stayed at the Terrace before, but J104 is our new go-to location! We will be back.

The sunset views are nice and it’s an easy walk out to the beach - kitchen is well supplied and equipment is modern - decor is nice tiki style for hawaiin ambience

Firs class townhome and great location.

This was the nicest rental I have had thru VRBO. The townhome was very large and beautiful. The bathrooms were great and the view was awesome.
