The condo comes equipped with linens, bath towels and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge. Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, Fridge ,dishwasher, filter coffee machine, BEACH TOWELS not provided.

We are located between 2 large entertainment complexes - Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing; and there are dinner shows nearby like Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Alabama Theatre. A short ride away is the Boardwalk with the Sky Wheel and arcades.

RENTAL POLICIES:
This is a privately owned condo and is not part of the Sand Dunes rental program. Maid service and Sand Dunes kiddie waterpark are not included.

No motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
