Centrally located free standing studio in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Midtown, Ventura (South of Thompson St). Short distance to DT, beach and Memorial hospital.
This is a very nice family oriented neighborhood w/ minimal traffic through only by residents. All new furnishing and appliances. Dedicated washer and dryer, full shower, easily walk to shops restaurants and beach.
