Our Townhouse is a wonderful vacation home that we would love for you to enjoy. We would like to invite you and your family to come create magical memories to last a lifetime in our newly/updated 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath /End Unit Townhome. Located in the exclusive, 24-hour secured/gated and highly sought after Windsor Hills Resort area, now with a Outdoor Cafe by the Clubhouse and Pool. Just picture yourself relaxing in the Florida sun, near the pool with a bite to eat and a nice cocktail !! This private community is only a few minutes from Walt Disney World and convenient to endless stores and restaurants. Rent with us during your next trip and make our home your home away from home. 

We have recently installed a new central AC unit that has an integral UV light which kills viruses, mold and fungi in the airstream before it reaches the vents and registers.
It is rated at 99.99 % effectiveness!

Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to make your vacation dreams come true. The bright and airy Living/Dining Room opens out to your own private south facing splash pool. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a nice breakfast, a family meal or a simple snack. Come back from the parks for lunch and a dip in the pool. You'll be refreshed, ready to enjoy the rest of the day and magical fireworks when you return to the park.

Sleeping accommodations include: 1-King Size Master Bedroom with a big screen LCD HDTV, 1-Mickey themed Bedroom with 2 twin beds with LCD HDTV & DVD Player and 1-Queen Sized Bedroom with LCD HDTV, conveniently located on the first floor. There is also a roll away bed located in the Mickey Bedrooms closet. All Bedrooms have their own full Bathroom, Ceiling fans and, Walk-in closets. Our home includes a Washer & Dryer, Iron & Board, Linens, Towels and Hair Dryer, so pack light. Have little ones? We offer you a Child Safe Pool Fence, Stroller, Pack and Play with Bassinet and a High Chair.
Free Cable and free WiFi will be provided with your stay.
There is also a PS3 (Play Station 3) with games and a 50" TV in the great room.
The great room also has a large ceiling fan. Complete use of all Resort Amenities: Huge Lagoon-Style Pool, Water Slide, Splash Fountain, Castle Playground, Video Arcade/ Game Room, Basketball and Tennis Courts, Ping Pong and Pool Tables, 40 Seat Movie Theater, Hot Tub, Fitness Center, and Sundry Shop. Windsor Hills is great for Golfers, with several championship and executive courses within 3 miles. Your dream vacation awaits!

Wonderful stay near Disney!

Wonderful stay in this townhome with two kids (3 & 1) 4 adults. Nice and close to Disney other major attactions. Home had everything you need for days in the park (coolers, extra strollers, etc.) Very smooth check in and response/contact from hosts. Location of townhouse within complex is also great as it is near the pool/clubhouse and playground. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent property and owner

This is my 2nd stay and go to condo when visiting Orlando. The gated community is efficient, safe and professionally maintained. The condo itself is spotless with everything required for a visit besides food and drink. It feels like a home away from home. We look forward to returning in the future.

My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Carl and Marion’s place in Windsor Hills. The home was extremely clean and very well appointed with tasteful, up to date furniture and bedding. The entire process for the stay was very simple/no hassle. We would definitely choose this place again.

Florida Trip

Perfect place to be!

This vacation stay couldn't have gone any better. From start to end the communication was excellent. All the info we needed for check in was well ahead of time. The check in process at property was smooth and easy. Great location near the Parks as well as local grocery stores and restaurants etc.The home is fantastic. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. From furniture, beds, kitchen, electronics, pool and even the extras like strollers etc etc everything was top notch and in perfect working condition! And to top it off this home was spotless. I mean spotless! We could not have asked for a better home for our family vacation.Thank you for having us and we look forward to returning soon!

Nice stay… a few suggestions

Overall our stay was good and the condo was clean. Our girls loved the little heated pool. Not having black out curtains or even room darkening was very frustrating, especially on rest days not going to the parks. So bright in the morning even with the blinds closed. Our kids got woke up too early which made for long days for everyone. The beds were not very comfortable either. The slider door out to the pool was very difficult to open. Only my husband was able to open it which was annoying at times. The knives are so dull it was difficult to even cut up fruit! Other than that we enjoyed our stay especially proximity to the main pool, park, and Disney.

Great property close to Disney World

We had a great family vacation at this property. The private pool was amazing and the kids loved enjoying both the private pool and large resort pool after a day in the parks. The location is close to all Disney parks and the condo was spacious and had everything you could need. Highly recommend for families traveling to Disney

Home from Home

We had a lovely stay here. It really was like home from home. Clean, fab location just a few minutes walk from the main facilities, and had everything we needed including travel cot (pack ‘n’ play), highchair etc for baby. Would definitely stay here again :)

After a lot of looking and waiting, we finally found what we feel is the perfect end unit Townhome. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we did!

Why they chose this property

This newly updated desirable end unit townhome is centrally located in Kissimmee, Florida just a few minutes away from Walt Disney World and all the other wonderful attractions that Orlando has to offer.
You can feel safe in the 24 hour guarded and gated 5 Star community of Windsor Hills where our Townhome is located. There are also many restaurants just minutes away on RT192 and there is a new Super Walmart just up the road from our resort!

What makes this property unique

Our "self catering" fully furnished Townhome offers 3 Bedrooms with ensuite full baths, full kitchen and open living area that leads out to the heated south facing splash pool. Free cable TV, local phone and internet are included.
