Canandaigua Main St Private Entrance Guest Suite

Private spacious guest suite featuring a spa like bathroom in a Historic Brick Italianate on Main Street. Located in the Historic District of Canandaigua within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, galleries, Sonnenberg Gardens and the Canandaigua Lake shore directly down Main Street!
The private guest suite (bedroom, sitting area, bathroom, closet) is in our home. Guests will enter through a private guest entrance off the home's private driveway into the well-appointed 500sq ft. suite. To note, there are stairs (7 steps) to access the space.
Outside Space
Sit on the private porch off the guest room or use the Adirondack chairs out front and watch the hustle and bustle of Main Street.
Inside Space
Paintings by a local artist give the room depth and interest.
European 100% wool rug throughout the suite, except for the bathroom which is tiled.
Relax and unwind in our large, well-appointed private spa bathroom featuring a large shower with two shower heads, Grown Alchemist Biological Beauty products and large plush towels.

Cozy up in the queen size antique sleigh bed layered in high-end designer bedding. Lay your head down on a variety of pillow-filled options.

The guest room offers a sun-soaked writing desk located in the bay window overlooking Main Street. If you need to work during your visit, you can request a monitor for the desk.

In room entertainment includes high speed Wi-fi, Smart TV with availability to access all your streaming apps, and a Blue-tooth enabled music player. For a blast from the past, we have a DVD player with a wide range of videos (lots of 90's movies).

Beautiful Suite in Historic Downtown

Staying here was such a treat! The moment we opened the door we noticed that the suite was so immaculately decorated and cozy. Melissa pulls out all of the stops! From delicious local pastries with a handwritten thank you card to luxury hair products, her attention to detail made our stay over the top. The oversized bathroom was the perfect place to get ready for a wedding. We truly can’t recommend a stay here enough and can’t wait to return ourselves to explore more!

Perfect stay for a weekend at the lake

Photos do not do this place justice. Melissa has done an incredible job with this beautiful, quaint, adorable place. From the friendly online interactions and no contact entry, to the cute bikes set out and ready to enjoy. The room is done up so well. Plenty of space inside for two. The bed was comfortable with a cute aesthetic. She has any item you may need from bug spray to clear bags for concerts. Having local pastries upon arrival was another great touch. This place exceeded our expectations in every aspect. A true must if looking to stay in the area.

Amazing guest suite & wonderful host!

We stayed at Melissa’s beautiful guest suite after attending a concert at CMAC. It was the perfect distance from the venue. We were in town during an arts festival within walking distance and it was wonderful to just stroll along Main Street. The guest suite was beautiful and Melissa has thought of everything to make her guest’s stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, not to mention a beautiful bathroom and shower! Complimentary items in the fridge and throughout the suite were an added bonus. Communication was great as well. We will surely be returning and recommending Melissa’s suite to family and friends. 10 out of 10!

Canandaigua Charm

We recently stayed in this beautiful guest room when we saw a show at CMAC, and I can honestly say it was one of the best VRBO experiences that we have had. The room is absolutely charming, and every single detail is covered, from water, coffee and snacks, to fancy soaps and lotions, right down to organic bug spray to use for lawn seats at the venue! The location is easily walkable into the Main Street area, which features lots of shops and restaurants. CMAC is under a 10 minute drive. We fully enjoyed our stay and looking forward to passing through again at some point. If you are considering this room, book now!
