This 3-bedroom private home on Staniel Cay is LIKE NEW after a total renovation! Sweeping views of the turquoise sea and glorious sunsets greet you from EVERY ROOM on the main level and lengthy deck. With an open plan and vaulted ceilings, relax in the spacious living area, dining room, and full kitchen with breakfast bar. The primary bedroom is adjacent with an ensuite bathroom and walkout to the beachfront deck. A second bathroom is downstairs, along with two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and the other 2 Twin beds which convert to a King. Both downstairs bedrooms boast sliding glass doors to an outdoor shower, hammock patio, and backyard beach. Guests rave about the owner's attentiveness, pristine cleanliness, stunning views and beach right on-property. It is a perfect set-up for families or a few couples. (We are a popular destination by reputation locally, but new to vrbo, so please do not let the lack of reviews dissuade you!)

We are mid-westerners, now based in Florida, and this is our family vacation home of 30 years (Total Gut Rehab in 2022). Some of us live in Staniel Cay (elsewhere) and keep a close eye on the quality of our home and the satisfaction of our guests.
Why they chose this property
South Staniel is a quiet residential area. Gibraltar is on the West side of the South Staniel loop with glorious sunsets and calm, shallow, wade-in beach. Since Staniel Cay is so small, it's still less than a 5 minute golf cart ride to the action at the Yacht Club, Village, grocery stores, airport and anywhere else!

Refreshingly bright and clean, sweeping ocean views from almost every room in the house, vaulted ceiling and spacious open layout in the main level living/dining/kitchen, lengthy back deck gets shade and sun, superior host communication
