Upon check-in, gate code was wrong. Luckily, security guard let us through with email of rental. When we pulled up to home (approx 1hr plus after checkin time), the maint guy was walking out of the house which made me question why he was even there. He’s nice guy, made sure we can access the home via key pad and walked us in. While guy was still there, 1st thing we checked out was the pool and it was super cold- come to find out it was not heated as confirmed days prior to checkin. Luckily the maint guy gave us correct gate code and got in touch with owner about the heat for pool. It took about 3-4 days to heat pool to where we can finally swim comfortably which was unfortunate because those were the days we did not have theme park tickets and had planned to just relax at the house. We did a whole house deep clean (as much as possible) because the place was disgusting- kitchen counters, I swear were never wiped down. All of the blue chairs in kitchen had crumbs/vomit looking stains all over them. The worst part was, only 2 of the beds and the Spider-Man room sheets were changed out (clean sheets)- trust me, my husband travels for a living so we know how to spot sheets/bedding that was NOT changed out. I stripped down one room’s bedding sheets because that was the room my daughter wanted to sleep in just to find out the mattress had several pee looking stains- so disgusting! community trash is across the street so we smelled trash when out. Kitchen pans all had burnt stains
