- DO NOT PARK ON THE NEIGHBORS SIDE
- PROPERTY IS MONITORED 24/7 VIA CAMS OUTSIDE
-NO SMOKING
-DO NOT BBQ IN THE BACK
-DO NOT EAT ON THE COUCHES! Crumbs get In between. Please do not do anything to the furniture that can cause stains!

1. When you leave, please be sure to NOT lock any bottom locks! Only the keypad lock.
2. The checkout time is at 11 AM.
3. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind. Check the drawers/nightstands.
4. Please strip the bed and leave the bedsheets on the floor of each room. Towels to be placed on the floor of bathroom.
5. Please notify me once you have left.
