Monthly rate $6500!! 2 month minimum. Make dreams come through for your family. Watch dolphins from the covered dock or balcony, see stingrays glide thru the water. Watch some spectaculair sunsets from the house, dock or balcony or a rocket launch from the pool or backyard. Take a refreshing dip in the screened in pool with waterfalls or just enjoy the huge open space living with center kitchen and multiple TVs. 2 master bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with comfy beds. Beaches are a 15 minute drive and the Orlando theme parks are within a hour drive. Kennedy Space Center 15 minutes, shopping a 5 minute drive away with lots of restaurants, a mall, Walmart and other supermarkets. Mature tropical yard with huge mango tree, loquats and other fruits in the half acre yard. The house is equipped with everything you wish for - separate laundry room, pantry, freezer, 3 car garage, a fully equipped kitchen with smart fridge, Sonos alexa speakers, huge speaker in garage for that party you always wanted to have and two pets are welcome!

My house is literally your house now so feel at home! It’s immensely rewarding to see families be together for a much deserved vacation or if you are visiting for your children’s sporting events. I have enjoyed hosting to newly married honey mooners and that is very special always! So honored they choose my property to make their first memories together as a couple. I love animals myself so don’t understand why so many hosts don’t allow them - most owners are very responsible pet owners. I will even show you an area within a 3 min walk where the neighborhood has a large field and they meet every night with their dogs so the can be off- leash.

Why they chose this property
This is an upscale, exclusive million $ neighborhood, very safe and of course on the water withthe shops being 8 min drive away only. The beach is a 15 minute drive away and Patrick AFB is within that timeframe too for our military guests. The large Disney and other theme parks are within an hour drive away and next year or so the Brightline high speed train will be available from Cocoa (10 min drive) to take you to Orlando or Miami. How awesome is that?
What makes this property unique
Merritt Island is a barrier island and is literally surrounded by water for unique wildlife experiences. The sheer size of the house at 4000 sf, the water views, the rocket launch views from the backyard and pool, the beautiful tropical setting with lots of flowers and fruit trees and the luxury you have with 4 bathrooms so no lining up in the morning to share it. The proximity to our cruise port Port Canaveral to pamper yourself with a Bahamas cruise, the beaches nearby, our pride and joy Kennedy Space Center. There is so much to do and visit - so many restaurants on the Island, Cocoa Beach or Melbourne. The location of the house is very central to all of it.
