Welcome to your own private beach neighborhood. Avoid the hassle of crossing the bridges. Use the golf cart to get back and forth easily to the beach. Chairs and boats are locked up on the beach for your use, assuming tides allow it. Enjoy the fenced in yard, outside shower, beautiful patio with fire pit and deck with out side eating area.
