Accommodations:

• Our apartment features a large living room, 2 spacious bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms (2 ensuite and 1 living room toilet), accommodating up to 4 guests.
• The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features two double beds.
• All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort during warm days, ensuring restful nights.
• Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up culinary delights.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM and after 7 AM. Self check-in and check-out are only permitted if agreed upon prior to arrival.

House Rules:

1. No Smoking, Vaping, or Pets: Please refrain from smoking, vaping, or bringing pets into the apartment.
2. No Parties: Parties are not allowed in the apartment, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.
3. Remote Control Settings: Do not tamper with any remote control settings, including those for the AC and TV.
4. Onsite Laundry: Onsite laundry facilities are available for extended stays (more than 7 days).
5. No Furniture Moving: Please do not rearrange the furniture. Any rearrangements will incur a charge of $200 USD.
6. Trash Disposal: Ensure all trash is thrown out before your departure. A fee of $50 will be charged for any trash left behind, including boxes (must be thrown out).
7. Extra Guest: An additional charge of $50 USD per night will apply for each extra guest beyond the maximum occupancy.
8. Air Conditioner Usage: Leaving the air conditioner “on” after departure will result in a charge of $50 USD per unit.
9. Inventory: Upon arrival, you will receive a detailed inventory of items in the apartment. Please review it to ensure all items are accounted for. Throughout your stay, kindly treat all items with care and report any discrepancies promptly.
10. Key Policy: Keys will be given to you in person upon check-in and must be returned in person upon check-out. Leaving the keys in any other form or with unauthorized personnel will incur a charge.
11. Condo Rules: Guests must adhere to condo rules and regulations. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property, including communal areas.
