Points of View West is a 1/2 duplex has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Linens provided with beds made. Central air & heat, Hot & cold enclosed outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, Wireless internet and Smart TV (guest must log-in to personal streaming account). Reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining/living room on top floor. Wrap-around deck with ocean and sound views on 3 sides, side deck faces west with sunset views! Short walk east (less than 500 ft.) to boardwalk for beach access and west for boardwalk access to the Point. This property rents Sunday to Sunday. NO SMOKING! DOGS ALLOWED (2 dog maximum).

Great dog house

The house is in a great location, back off the street. Privacy and safe for pups. Lots of supplies already there. Downside was some non working doors, washer was broken and the dishwasher had paper plate and plastic clogging it up in standing water. I hand washed everything. All that said I would stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Overall the unit was perfect, I had an issue with one of the bathrooms however this was resolved in less than 12 hours. My only real complaint was that several light bulbs went out over the week, otherwise great

First time on Emerald isle

Photos were spot on, although I was surprised by the nice pots and pans and the kitchen overall was well stocked. I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness, but it’s a beach house..outside shower was moldy. But great location, beautiful beach, nice neighborhood
