Rustic Pines on Buckeye Trail
As you step into Rustic Pines on Buckeye Trail, you will be greeted with a totally open family room, kitchen, and dining area with vaulted ceilings and skylights to let in natural light. The family room has a cozy sectional couch with reclining chairs that you can sink into as you watch one of your favorite movies on the 75” TV or just gaze at the fireplace. With the kitchen open to the family room, meals can be prepared and shared with the whole family together. For those of you working from home, a quaint desk area is also in this room.
The cabin has been completely remodeled this year and is located on the Buckeye Trail. It offers many features: 1900 square feet of living space; 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, a queen bed, and a bedroom with a single twin bed and a bunk bed); and 2 ½ baths. One of the full bathrooms boasts a beautiful walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and another with a tub/shower and marble vanity. The half bath is located near the laundry room,hot tub and the rear sliding glass door which leads to the patio and new 5 person hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware needed to prepare all of your meals. A gas grill is located on the back patio and an electric car charger is in the carport area. New hot tub just added for 2025.
We are conveniently located within 20 minutes of Old Man's Cave in Hocking Hills and the Wayne National Forest dedicated to ATV/OHV Trails. The cabin is also within a 10-minute drive to canoe liveries, putt-putt golf, ziplining, and downtown Logan, where you will find restaurants, shopping, and much more. It’s also an easy 5-minute ride to Rockbridge State Natural Preserve. 30 Minutes to Ohio University.

My family started coming down to Hocking Hills a few years ago when our son was going to Hocking College in Nelsonville. When we would come and visit or move him down for the semester, we'd take a few days to go hiking and fell in love with the area. That’s when we decided to buy a cabin in Hocking Hills.
Why they chose this property
Rustic Pines on Buckeye Trail has it all. Our cabin is located right on the Ohio Buckeye Trail and is a 20 minute drive to Hocking Hills State Park, Old Man's Cave and the Wayne National Forest ATV/OHV Trails. If relaxing is on your agenda, then sit back and enjoy a cookout in the back yard while sitting by the campfire or relaxing in the hot tub.
What makes this property unique
What makes our cabin stand out from the rest of the cabins in the area is it's proximity to the the Hocking River for tubing and kayaking, Rockbridge State Park is only 5 minutes away, Ziplining is only about 10 minutes away and the Wayne National Forest for ATV riding is just 20 drive from Rustic Pines on Buckeye Trail. New hot tub added in 2025.
